About the Job
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at Wells Earthing, a growing company specialized in earthing, grounding, and lightning protection systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and closing sales deals. You will act as the link between the customer and our engineering team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new leads, clients, and business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and client presentations.
- Understand project specifications (BOQs, drawings, specifications).
- Negotiate terms with customers.
- Follow up on submitted offers until project closing.
- Coordinate with the technical team on design, pricing, and project handover.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
RequirementsPractical sales experience in the electrical contracting field is required. Experience in factories or medical equipment sales will not be considered.Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or technical support (preferably in grounding, lightning protection, or electrical systems).Possession of a car is a mustWillingness to travel to project sites within and outside the city..Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and project specs.Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.Must be able to visit project sites inside and outside Cairo.
