Job Purpose:

To lead and develop the company’s human resources strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. The role ensures the effective management of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational culture. The HR General Manager aims to build a productive, positive, and sustainable work environment that drives engagement and organizational success.
Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and leadership capabilities.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems that support business objectives.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations effectively.
  • Promote and maintain the company’s culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive management on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the HR department budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to support informed decision-making.

Key Activities:

  • Design and update organizational structures and succession plans.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, manuals, and procedures.
  • Prepare regular HR performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs.
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Lead employee engagement and satisfaction programs.
  • Oversee offboarding, retirement, and exit processes in compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise the operation and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are a strong advantage.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleStrong leadership and people management abilities.Strategic planning and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English).In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.Analytical and data-driven mindset.Ability to manage organizational change and foster a strong corporate culture.
