- About the Role:
- In this role, you’ll oversee both sides of the business building new partnerships and client relationships (business development) while managing the daily operations and performance of our drivers (operations).
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring balance between supply (drivers) and demand (clients), optimizing the workflow, and building a scalable model for sustainable growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business development and operations functions.
- Build and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and close deals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance of drivers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
- Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities and new market segments.
3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Operations Management, preferably in transportation, logistics, or service industries.Proven track record in closing deals and managing field teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with KPIs, reports, and data-driven decisions.Proficient in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
