Senior Sales Engineer

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the company’s products and services within the petroleum and contracting sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base, particularly within O&G companies and EPC contractors.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in coordination with internal departments.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business development efforts.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer support.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs within set timelines.


• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales and business development in petroleum or contracting industries.• Strong experience in Firefighting piping systems (Firefighting pipes) is essential.• Solid network with Oil & Gas companies and EPC contractors.• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic data analysis tools.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.• Willingness to travel and work beyond regular business hours when required.
