- Manage the full accounting cycle and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, payables, receivables, and treasury management.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Tax Law, VAT, Social Insurance and other required reports.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities.
- Provide financial risk assessment and support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, support, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
- Present financial updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA/CPA is a plus).7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in corporate or multi-unit environments.Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations, cost control, and financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting ERP systems.Strong leadership, communication, and business judgment.Able to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.
