  • Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate business scenarios.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from budgets and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus.
