We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer- HR Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our HR services to expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of HR services (Recruitment, Training, HR Consulting, etc.).
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, service presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within HR or professional services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong client relationship management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Very good command of English (written & spoken).Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
