  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law regulations.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.In-depth understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
