Business Developer (Remote Vacancy)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the client base within the events management sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and business development metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to events management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the events, hospitality, or related industries.Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
