- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site status.
- Conduct inspections for formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing.
- Manage material requests, site measurements, and quantity take-offs.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Support site planning and scheduling activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in civil site engineering or construction supervision.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction sites.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
