Mechanical Site Engineering
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure optimal performance and progress.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, project schedules, and performance plans.
- Handle PR (Purchase Requests) and MR (Material Requests) implementation and follow-up.
- Design, plan, and implement electro-mechanical infrastructure projects, including HVAC, firefighting, cooling, and BMS systems.
- Lead and manage projects related to capacity planning, system upgrades, and system migrations.
- Supervise the implementation of electro-mechanical works such as HVAC, firefighting, and low-current systems.
Team Leadership
- Guide and support engineers, senior team leaders, and technicians by providing technical direction and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and service contracts.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish and maintain tools for monitoring system performance, capacity, and utilization.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in data center operations or mechanical project management.Proficiency with system monitoring and project management tools.Strong understanding of power and cooling systems for data centers.Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Preferred QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong experience in preparing daily progress reports and weekly project plans. Work EnvironmentAbility to work on-call for emergency situations, including night shifts when required.May involve physical activity such as lifting or installing equipment.
