  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinic staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory, placing orders and managing vendor relationships as needed.
  • Support billing and insurance processing by collecting and verifying patient information and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative staff members.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline office procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

1-4 years of experience in an administrative, office, or healthcare support role.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work arrangement.Customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
