- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
