Account Executive

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular account reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to maximize value for both clients and the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and proposals.
  • Ensure all account activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Accounting2 to 5 years of experience in account management, ,  preferably in real estate or a related industry.Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to clients and management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
