  • Civil Site Engineer:
  • • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
  • • Experience with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project; Primavera P6 is a plus).
  • • Excellent site supervision and workforce management skills.
  • • Thorough knowledge of quality control, HSE procedures, and risk assessment.
  • • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • • Effective communication (written and verbal in English; Arabic is a plus) and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the same position.
