Senior Media Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute Media Campaigns
    • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and business KPIs.
  • Optimization & Performance Tracking
    • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversion.
    • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performance analysis.
    • Manage budgets efficiently and adjust allocations based on performance insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Generate detailed performance reports, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the brand, creative to ensure campaign consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Coordinate with agencies and partners for campaign execution and innovation.
  • Market Research & Innovation
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and beauty industry marketing.
    • Explore new paid media channels and technologies to enhance performance outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing (preferably within FMCG or beauty/personal care).Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets across multiple platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Data Studio.Excellent communication and project management skills.Detail-oriented, data-driven, and performance-focused.
