Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Assist in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plans.

Coordinate with management to set marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with brand identity and standards.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

Team Supervision & Coordination:

Supervise and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, product, etc.) for smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Manage external agencies, suppliers, and partners as needed.

Content & Branding:

Oversee the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and marketing collateral.

Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all communication platforms.

Support the development of events, sponsorships, and PR activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, KPIs, and ROI.

Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).4–6 years of marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
