Job Purpose (Summary Of The Role)
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and Next.js. You will define architecture standards, guide frontend teams, and collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver robust and modern digital experiences.

Requirement SpecificationsTotal years of experience8-10Relevant years of experience8 yearsKnowledge & Technical Skills RequiredResponsibilities:Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of complex web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript.Define and maintain frontend architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices.Drive performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility improvements across platforms.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive, maintainable interfaces.Integrate frontend systems with APIs, GraphQL, and backend services.Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and promote continuous learning.Evaluate and implement modern frameworks, tools, and CI/CD pipelines for frontend delivery.Ensure security, testability, and maintainability of codebase.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define scalable frontend strategies. Technical Skills & RequirementsStrong proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3.Deep understanding of frontend architecture principles, component-based design, and state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API routes in Next.js.Knowledge of Node.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.Hands-on experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, and modern build pipelines.Familiarity with design systems, Storybook, and UI libraries (Material UI, Chakra, TailwindCSS).Strong understanding of performance tuning, code splitting, and lazy loading.Experience with cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading distributed teams and large-scale frontend projects.Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and monorepo management (Nx, Turborepo).Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and DevOps concepts.  Educational   QualificationsEngineering in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent.
