Position Overview
Tawfikia Plastic is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our factory workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CNC lathe and milling operations, SolidWorks/AutoCAD design, and will be responsible for spare parts production, moulds maintenance, and workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and program CNC lathe and milling machines for spare parts production.
• Design and prepare technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Maintain, repair, and modify plastic moulds and workshop tools.
• Oversee the workshop to ensure timely availability of spare parts and mould components.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for moulds and equipment.
• Ensure all parts meet required precision and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.• Proven experience in CNC machine operation (lathe & milling).• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 2D & 3D design.• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and materials.• Hands-on experience in mould repair and maintenance.• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Ability to work independently and manage workshop activities.⸻Preferred Experience• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, plastics, or mould-making industries.• Background in spare parts fabrication and reverse engineering.• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.⸻What We Offer• Competitive salary based on experience.• Stable and professional working environment.• Opportunity for career growth in a leading plastics company.
