You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our highly available and secure technological infrastructure, with a strong focus on advanced virtualization environments and Aruba wired/wireless networks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in system and network administration in production environments.Proven hands-on experience in managing and operating Proxmox VE environments.Proven hands-on experience in managing and configuring Aruba networks (Switches and Access Points).Practical proficiency in:Routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP).Firewall management and configuration (FortiGate, Cisco ASA/Firepower).Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management.Windows Server and Linux operating systems.Virtualization technologies (Proxmox VE and/or VMware vSphere).Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across all infrastructure layers.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.Ability to work effectively under pressure and during emergency situations.
