Recruitment Specialist - Blue Collars

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies, to attract qualified blue-collar candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and open days to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in blue-collar recruitment.Strong understanding of blue-collar job roles and labor market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.High level of integrity and professionalism.
