- Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
 - Prepare and oversee the submission of architectural documentation, including material submittals, RFIs, and technical reports.
 - Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other technical office staff to resolve design and construction challenges.
 - Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for architectural works.
 - Ensure timely delivery of technical office tasks, maintaining alignment with project schedules and milestones.
 - Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and resolve discrepancies.
 - Participate in value engineering processes to optimize design solutions and project costs.
 - Monitor and track project progress, reporting on technical office deliverables and identifying potential risks.
 - Support the preparation and review of as-built drawings and project close-out documentation.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices relevant to architectural engineering.
 
  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Revit, shop drawing is a must.3 to 5 years of proven experience in a technical office role within the construction or engineering sector.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to interpret and review architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
