Job Purpose
- Drive revenue by converting qualified prospects into paying customers through professional sales conversations, negotiations, and deal closing.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings when needed.
 - Conduct full sales calls: needs assessment, solution pitch, objection handling, closing.
 - Present company services/products professionally and confidently.
 - Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM (deal stage, value, expected closing date).
 - Follow up consistently with leads until the deal is closed.
 - Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and commercials.
 - Coordinate with the operations/marketing team once a deal is closed.
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (quota).
 - Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
 - Attend networking events and represent the company when required.
 - Provide weekly sales forecasts and deal status updates.
 
  Proven sales experience (preferably in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Services).Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Comfort working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).Target-driven mindset with a competitive and energetic attitude.
