Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in software project management.Proven track record of delivering complex software projects, preferably in IoT, utilities, or smart city domains.Strong leadership and team management skills at a mid-level career stage.Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Solid understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Familiarity with utility management systems, smart metering, or IoT platforms is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.
