- Develop and implement SG Group’s marketing and sales strategy in line with company objectives.
- Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, branding, advertising, and promotions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate marketing and sales teams across branches.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and service trends in the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR to align sales targets and staff incentives.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine service offerings.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through effective customer relationship strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing & sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or service industries preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent command of English and Arabic.
