- Oversee and optimize daily production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production challenges.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for production issues.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and process enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Experience with manufacturing equipment, process automation, and production planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work onsite and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.
