Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our major clients in the facility management sector. This role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and business development by providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong communication between the company and its strategic accounts.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
 - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
 - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
 - Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.
 - Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, and technical teams) to ensure timely service delivery.
 - Monitor contract performance, client feedback, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
 - Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
 - Conduct regular account reviews and present performance metrics to management.
 - Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.

  Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in facility management or service industries.Strong understanding of facility management services and client requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver client-focused solutions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
