- Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Managing relationships with projects of different consultants.
- Planning and coordinating site works with other disciplines.
- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in site engineering, specifically in building finishes.Familiarity with finishing materials, installation techniques, and quality standards.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to project needs.
