1. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
 - Manage end-to-end online sales operations, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and performance tracking.
 - Set annual growth targets and define KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CAC, CLV, and ROAS.
 - Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align digital campaigns with sales objectives.
 
2. Website Management & Customer Experience
- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
 - Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping journey — from landing page to checkout.
 - Manage UX/UI improvements, product listings, and digital merchandising.
 - Coordinate with IT and creative teams to enhance functionality, design, and mobile performance.
 
3. Digital Marketing Integration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Media Buyer and Digital Marketing teams to plan acquisition, retargeting, and retention campaigns.
 - Leverage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate channels to increase online visibility.
 - Monitor performance dashboards and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
 
4. Operations & Fulfillment
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, stock accuracy, and on-time delivery.
 - Manage relationships with 3PL providers and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Jumia, etc.) when applicable.
 - Implement customer feedback loops to continuously improve satisfaction and loyalty.
 
5. Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
 - Use Google Analytics , Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
 - Continuously test, learn, and optimize product mix, promotions, and customer journeys.
 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus).7+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management within a retail or consumer brand.Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, UX/UI, and performance analytics.Proven record of achieving online sales growth and managing multi-channel operations.Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and ERP integrations.Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
