Location: Cairo, Egypt

Work Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and experienced Marketing Specialist to join IT Park and lead our marketing activities.
If you have strong experience in digital & offline marketing and can build a marketing department from scratch — this role is for you.

Responsibilities
Create and execute full marketing strategies (online & offline)
Manage social media platforms & paid campaigns
(Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
SEO planning & on-page/off-page optimization
Track performance using:
Google Analytics – Google Tag Manager – Meta tools
Build brand awareness and support lead generation
Content planning and coordination with designers
Market research & competitor analysis
Develop monthly marketing plans & reports
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
Proven experience in B2B marketing (preferred IT/technology field)
Strong experience in:

Facebook & LinkedIn Campaigns
Google Ads & SEO
Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Ability to build the marketing roadmap from zero
Creativity, initiative, and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills
