Call Center Agent

SG Group - Egypt - Giza
  • Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to all inquiries regarding beauty services and offers.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or follow up with clients after services.
  • Professionally respond to comments and private messages (inbox) on the company’s social media pages.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about offers, prices, and services across SG Group branches.
  • Accurately record client data on the company’s System.
  • Manage client inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate continuously with the Marketing team and branch teams to confirm bookings and appointments.
  • Prepare daily reports on calls, messages, and client follow-ups for management.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Previous experience in Call Center, Moderation, or Customer Service is preferred.Strong communication skills in Arabic and basic English.Quick response, polite and professional manner, and presentable appearance.Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.Commitment to shift schedules (morning/evening).
