Receptionist (Customer Service)

  • Meeting and greeting clients ,  handles inquiries about Products and showroom services.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy , Answering any Inquires via phone calls and WhatsApp. messages.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including, responding to emails and Complaints.
  • Create Job Orders on CRM ,Follow up All Open Orders to be closed and Contact with Specific department to be closed On time.
  • Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges.
  • Organizing Files For billings , Customer Client and records , etc.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner .

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role , preferably in a service center.Experience in a similar field are typically necessary, such as in after-sales service or customer care.Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for tracking customer interactions and service.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a common requirement.Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.Strong organizational and time-management abilities are necessary for managing complex service operations.A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team are desired.A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
