- Responsible for the warehouse and mainly the medical store rooms/ locations.
- Receiving all new orders physically and storing them in the correct locations
- Issuing all the medicine requested by the pharmacy Team and recording the balance physically and updating the system.
- Doing a daily cycle test counts on the medical locations.
- Inspecting the medicine which is received from supplier and Donors by sorting the expiry dates and the condition of packing.
- Making sure that the work space is safe, clean & organized.
- Running weekly and monthly reports for in and out from the medicine stores
- All tasks related to the medicine cycle inside the store under his responsibility.
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.4 to 5 years of experience in the same field ( Medicine and Pharmacies )very good in Arabic and English language.Team work and communication skills .Warehouse or Management diploma is preferred.
