IV Pharmacist (Intravenous Pharmacist).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare intravenous (IV) admixtures and sterile products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Review physicians’ orders to ensure correct dosage, compatibility, and formulation accuracy.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic conditions in the IV room.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care for patients.
- Follow hospital policies and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.Valid license to practice pharmacy.Minimum of [1–2] years of experience in IV preparation or hospital pharmacy (preferred).Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and quality/safety standards.Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
