- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across departments.
 - Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
 - Identify process inefficiencies and propose effective, data-backed solutions.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop workflow diagrams, reports, and dashboards.
 - Conduct market and performance analysis to support strategic decisions.
 - Support project management activities by monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes.
 - Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure proper implementation of system requirements.
 - Prepare and present insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to management.
 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a corporate environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Males are preferable.
