Sales Operations Specialist

  • Support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless operations from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to provide actionable insights for sales strategy and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product management to align sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate sales training sessions and onboarding for new sales team members.
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and proposals to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to resolve operational issues and support business growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.Proven experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work arrangement.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.should have a solid background in CRM management, sales reporting and analytics, pipeline tracking, quotation and order processing, and a good understanding of sales workflows within technology or system integration environments.
