- Supervise the effective achievement of unit analytics objectives through leadership of analytics staff -- setting individual objectives, managing performance, providing feedback and guidance -- in order to maximize team productivity and analytical output quality
- Provide dedicated analytical support to assigned business unit leadership and operational teams
- Understand business unit specific requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Collaborate with business unit managers to identify analytical opportunities and improvement areas
- Create and maintain business unit specific dashboards and operational reports
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Monitor key performance indicators specific to the business unit
- Conduct regular analysis of business unit performance metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business unit data
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business unit management
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests from business unit stakeholders
