- Manage and control the flow of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Organize, classify, and maintain both electronic and hard copy documents related to commercial concrete projects.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients as required.
- Track document versions, revisions, and approvals to maintain up-to-date records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather, verify, and archive essential documentation.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation for regulatory approvals and inspections.
