HR Administrator / HR Operations Coordinator

Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support across all HR functions, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes. This role is the backbone of HR execution, responsible for accurate documentation, personnel data, and support in employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and documentation in compliance with labor laws.

     
  • Support payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, new hires, terminations).

     
  • Handle onboarding logistics: welcome kits, access setup, documentation signing, induction coordination.

     
  • Support offboarding: exit checklists, clearance forms, handover tracking.

     

2. HR Systems & Data

  • Update HR systems and employee databases (Peoplelogic, HRIS, attendance).

     
  • Generate HR reports and maintain employee records accuracy (headcount, turnover, etc.).

     

3. Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

     
  • Support engagement initiatives, training logistics, and surveys.

     

4. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law requirements for contracts, renewals, and government documentation.

     
  • Coordinate with Finance and Admin for social insurance, medical insurance, and payroll approvals.

     

5. Support to HRBP

  • Assist in executing engagement programs, performance reviews, and training coordination.

     
  • Prepare communications and announcements for HR initiatives.

     

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational setup. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Knowledge of Egyptian labor law is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
