We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work from our Egypt office (Maadi) and represent our Dubai-based company in developing and expanding our market across the Middle East and Gulf countries.
You will be responsible for promoting our products, handling customer inquiries and quotations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service — from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market the company’s products across the Middle East and Gulf region through digital channels and online communication.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with logistics teams.
Collaborate with the Dubai office to align marketing strategies, pricing, and sales goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and market feedback.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in virtual meetings, exhibitions, and other online business events.
Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Middle East and Gulf region.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
