- Supervise the Back Office team responsible for receiving daily service requests and breakdown reports.
- Assign and distribute daily tasks and breakdowns to technicians, ensuring proper workload balance.
- Monitor the closure of breakdowns in the system and verify accurate documentation.
- Ensure technicians complete assigned jobs on time and according to quality standards.
- Follow up on the team’s commitments and confirm all tasks are executed as planned.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports including:
- Completed breakdowns.
- Ongoing breakdowns with estimated completion timelines.
- Delayed breakdowns with action plans for resolution.
- Develop a daily operational plan (Daily Plan) to manage priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Proven experience in Operations Management or technical coordination roles.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.Familiarity with breakdown/ticketing management systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Very Good Level In Excel
