We’re looking for a candidate that has both recruiting and experience in working as a personal assistant to the CEO
• Recruiting experience: someone who can spot great talent fast, keep things running smoothly, and communicate with confidence.
• Personal Assistance experience: Someone who is normalized in organizing all requirement, conduct phone calls and other means of communication through tasks given by the CEO.
???? What you’ll do
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Keep communication and schedules organized.
• complete all tasks required by the CEO for work related to recruiting and other sectors
What you bring• 2–5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience.• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.• Strong English and Arabic communication.• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.• Reliability, initiative, and passion for building teams.
