Mosook Group is seeking a highly organized and presentable Operations Coordinator to support and manage daily business operations, coordination, and strategic planning across the group’s main office and affiliated teams.
- Executive & Operational Support: Organize all executive preparations, including meetings, presentations, and screening processes.
- Strategic Follow-up: Develop strategic plans, agendas, and daily follow-up systems, and coordinate operations with main office staff (Ahmed Hakim/KSA).
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report KPIs, monitor overall project progress, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Project Documentation: Assist consultants in preparing, organizing, and proofreading documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to inform client recommendations and project support.
- Coordination Hub: Serve as the central point for scheduling meetings, workshops, and client communications, ensuring all logistics and follow-up are timely.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate project records and support the ongoing operations and establishment of business units.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.2–5 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical intelligence with quick learning capacity.Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
