- Develop and execute creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, with a focus on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of ariika’s alternative furniture products into interior design solutions.
- Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, mood boards, and material boards that align with project requirements and brand aesthetics.
- Source, evaluate, and recommend appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the procurement process for FF&E items, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, verify installation quality, and resolve any design-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and alternative furniture to drive continuous innovation.
- Prepare and present design proposals, 3D renderings, and sample boards to clients and internal stakeholders for approval.
- Ensure all FF&E selections comply with safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, budgets, and timelines, to ensure successful project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.2-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong emphasis on FF&E.Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial interior projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and alternative furniture solutions.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.Ability to work on-site as required and travel to project locations when necessary.
