Sales Account Manager

Over IP - Egypt - Cairo
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Present and promote IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales and project delivery teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare RFP/RFQ responses and negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, etc.).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and vendor meetings.

1-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
