- Responsibilities:  
  - Provide technical support to ERP system users via phone, email, or in-person  
  - Troubleshoot and resolve system technical issues (desktop and web)  
  - Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance  
  - Assist with system updates, patches, and optimization  
  - Document technical issues, resolutions, and user guides  
  - Collaborate with IT, developer teams, and business units to ensure system integrity and improvements  
  - Conduct end-user training on ERP functionalities and best practices  
  - Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment  
  - Support integration with other business applications  
  - Manage user access, roles, and permissions  
  - Participate in system testing, validation, and upgrade cycles  
  - Qualifications:    - 1–3+ years of experience in technical or system support roles, preferably with ERP systems    - Strong knowledge of ERP technologies including .NET and SQL Server    - Familiarity with web front-end frameworks such as jQuery and Bootstrap is a plus    - Proficient in troubleshooting both desktop and web applications    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills    - Good communication skills to explain technical information to users    - Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively    - Experience with database management and SQL    - Customer service orientation and teamwork skills
