- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Kern auto mailing machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in mailing equipment both onsite and remotely.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide technical support to clients, minimizing equipment downtime.
- Install, configure, and test new mailing machines at client locations, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports for all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Train end-users and client staff on the proper operation and basic maintenance of Kern mailing machines.
- Order and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely availability for repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mailing machine technology and maintenance best practices.
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar technical role, preferably with electromechanical equipment.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of automated machinery.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and technical support.Willingness to travel to client sites and work in an on-site (office/field) arrangement.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
