  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell our products and promote products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner and working on them.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to improve campaign performance
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 4 years and up to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
