Group Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead and develop the overall marketing strategy of the group to achieve growth, sales, and brand positioning objectives for each company under the group. The role ensures integration and alignment among the marketing plans of different business units while enhancing the overall image and market presence of the group locally and regionally.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the group in alignment with each company’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage the central marketing team and coordinate with marketing departments across the group’s subsidiaries.
  • Build and develop each company’s brand identity within the framework of the group’s corporate identity.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns (advertising, public relations, digital marketing, events).
  • Analyze markets and competitors to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop partnerships and relationships with media agencies and advertising firms.
  • Supervise market research and customer behavior analysis.
  • Prepare periodic reports to senior management on marketing performance and results.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and promotional strategies.

Key Activities:

  • Prepare annual marketing plans, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Design and implement content marketing strategies.
  • Organize exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Develop customer databases and loyalty programs.
  • Prepare group and subsidiary company profiles and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing communications to ensure message consistency.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 8–12 years of experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role — preferably in a diversified or holding company environment.Skills:Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and modern marketing tools.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams effectively.
