Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and achieve business objectives.

Plan and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions for projects and corporate branding.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to design lead-generation initiatives that drive measurable results.

Brand Management

Oversee all branding activities to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all materials and channels.

Manage PR and communication strategies to enhance corporate image and reputation.

Supervise creative content development, including digital assets, brochures, and advertising materials.

Digital Marketing

Lead the company’s digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.

Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Manage the company’s website, ensuring timely updates and relevant content.

Event & Campaign Management

Plan and manage corporate events, project launches, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activations.

Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of all campaigns.

Budget & Reporting

Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Present monthly and quarterly marketing reports to senior management.


Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).Experience:6–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in real estate, FMCG, or a similar industry is preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign management.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, CRM systems).Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
